I called Cape Fear electric on 12 March at 5:30 in the morning. I was desperate for my electricity to get back to working status. My food in the freezer and other refrigerator was in jeopardy of thawing out. They quickly responded, and at 9:00 AM they sent a tech out by the name of Keith. He was very polite and very knowledgeable of my problem and immediately fixed what he could fix, and we had to call the South River electric company for other power loss problems.
