“My dogs always went to Dr. K until we had to move, which we went to multiple other vets in our new location.. when we moved back to Wilmington Dr. K took my dogs back even though he was not accepting new clients and it had been 3 years since we last saw him. He diagnosed my dog with a heart murmur during a random visit due to my dog having an upset stomach. He spent hours with me and my dog performing xrays and talking about options. No other vet had caught this. Dr. K called me to check on my dog after we went to the cardiologist he recommended (same day) and he really gets to know his patients and their owners. I cannot say more good enough things about him. Also all of the ladies up front are so nice, friendly, and caring. It’s just a great vet all together.“

“From day one I was impressed with Dr. Dugan, Susie and his friendly staff. Been seeing them for a couple years for routine services for my two little pups. this week had to take one of our pups in for teeth cleaning and removal on bump. She had to be put under and my husband and I were frightened. Procedure went smoothly and we were kept in the loop on her progress during the day. Highly recommend this practice!“

“Had to bring my pup in last minute when we were out of town in Wilmington, NC. After calling a few other veterinarian offices this office was able to fit us in quickly. There were about 6 ladies working behind the desk and we were pleasantly greeted by one of them. It would have been nice if they all smiled when we walked in, some looked almost bothered but that's me being nit-picky.“

“I took my kitty in who was recently diagnosed with sarcoma in his paw. I didn’t feel he was getting the care he deserved at his previous vet , so I brought him to Country Vet. Everyone there was absolutely amazing and kind. We went in just for an appointment to determine what is the best for Kitty. Amputation was the best option for him. The surgeon wasn’t scheduled to do it that day but with how bad Kitties paw was he did. These people care about the animals. Thanks to everyone there , y’all truly saved kitty’s life.“
“Omg these people went above and beyond the call of duty for my friend. She took in a turtle that had been run over and it was so sad and pitiful and they accepted him and so she and I prayed. He passed but I still am grateful that he didn't have to die alone. to me they went above and beyond the call of duty and I am forever grateful because that to me that just shows the heart of these people. “I can't say enough about Dr Elliott. I have a French bulldog, he has always struggled breathing. I had his nasal passage opened previously at another place but explained to Dr Elliott that I never noticed a difference. This Dr that performed his surgery was a well known doctor and I paid top notch. Dr Elliott took my boy in as if it was her own. She did the surgery on him without even planning on it. He was going in for a tooth extraction but noticed his struggle to breath. He rarely snores now and no longer fights me to go outside. Seeing him be able to enjoy life means the world to me. She has been such a blessing and I will always be so grateful to have met her. Thank you Dr. Elliott and Needham Hospital for always taking such great care over Par! You are all so amazing“
