I took my boy Oscar here a few months ago after he accidentally ingested dental floss. I called that morning and they fit me in within 30 minutes. Thankfully, everything turned out okay! The entire team was incredibly quick, efficient, and comforting during such a stressful situation. They not only reassured me and helped ease my worries, but also made sure Oscar was completely okay. I’m so grateful for the care we received and had such a positive experience despite the circumstances. Thanks guys!! 🤎

Ivy recently had her checkup and vaccinations at Hanover, and I couldn’t be happier that we made the change from our previous vet. From the moment we arrive, Ivy seems so much more relaxed and comfortable, which means the world to me. She doesn’t have the fear or anxiety she used to have with vet visits.
Everyone at Hanover is incredibly kind, caring, and attentive. They take the time to keep me informed and explain anything I should be aware of regarding Ivy’s health. Since she is an older dog, I especially appreciate how thorough they are with her examinations and how genuinely concerned they are about her well-being.
I got to the facility and they accommodated me and were very pleasant. My cat had an accident in her cage and they cleaned it for me. The veterinary person did a thorough job examining her and trimmed her nails.
