I have been using Needham since 2011. My pets always have wagging tails when going inside. The staff is friendly. The doctors are incredibly knowledgeable and explanations are easily understood. Pet care is expensive, in general, and I feel Needham gives you the time and attention that you pay for.
I’m very comfortable taking my dog to Needham We are seen promptly and all questions and concerns are dealt with good information and I feel well informed when I have to make health decisions for my dog. Being able to have her groomed at the same time as a visit is a bonus.
The facility is large and bright but the care is personal. Our dogs are treated with care and we are always comfortable with the treatment they receive and the explanations of their diagnosis. Instructions for home care and meds are always clear and questions are welcome. We usually see Dr. Gentile but on occasion we’ve been seen by the other Vets on staff and they are all great. We’ve been clients since 2018 and we couldn’t be more pleased.
