“Kate is so good that I don’t even recognize my own dog’s behavior anymore (for the way better).I keep saying to my wife, “whose dog is this, it’s not our dog, cause our dog pulls on his leash and doesn’t listen and this new dog is a perfect gentleman in the streets!” We have a different dog now after Kate has worked with him. He walks right next to us and is mindful and listens! We can take him places we never could before. It’s incredible and equally incredible is how fast the transformation happened! Would highly recommend and have recommended her every chance I get.“

“I couldn’t begin to mention to mention how great our puppy preschool experience was but I’ll try! Definitely was very eye opening on how much we should be doing ourselves in assisting our dog in training and not expect our pup to train herself. The classes taught us much more than they taught her… so I highly recommend it for people that want to do things right at home. Don’t expect to go in and sit and watch and not participate in your pup’s training… which may have been the most valuable lesson. Looking forward to the more advance classes and day trainings in the near future!Just as a 2024 update, we signed up our pup, who did puppy preschool, to the freedom class where it teaches her (and us) how to use an eCollar for walking, placing, urgent scenarios, etc. and this one may have been as fun as the preschool class. She has learned alot more confidence with this one and alot more skills for her to be able to walk around our neighborhood, or the beach, or sit at a restaurant. With this class, we still have lifetime support and access to additional once a week support classes. Definitely have a ton of value with working with them and we are so impressed that our pup has a ton of skill from all of this training and she is barely 1 year old. Next pup (or pups) will definitely go through these trainings again and couldn't recommend them more for your pups too.“
“From day one I was impressed with Dr. Dugan, Susie and his friendly staff. Been seeing them for a couple years for routine services for my two little pups. this week had to take one of our pups in for teeth cleaning and removal on bump. She had to be put under and my husband and I were frightened. Procedure went smoothly and we were kept in the loop on her progress during the day. Highly recommend this practice!“
“From out of no where, my Portuguese Water Dog was showing signs of aggression so severe that I was ready to give him away. He had taken Puppy classes, Obedience and CGC at Einsteins Canine College so I was familiar with one of their trainers, Samantha Stevens. I sent Sam a video of my problem and requested a home visit. She had such an abundance of knowledge about the breed and after speaking with her, she immediately knew the cause of his problem and most importantly had a solution. After following Samantha's suggestions , I now have a much better understanding of Cooper and he has returned to my lovable pet. Samantha also spent over an hour on the phone with me, on her own time, to follow up and see how Cooper was doing, If not for Samantha's help, I would not have my constant companion laying at my feet wherever I go.“

Laine takes her time and listens to your issues and gives you PAWSITIVE solutions that work without scolding your dog the not so desirable behavior. She sends home written homework to reinforce the lessons you've learned to you can continue to work with your dog. I highly recommend Laine to help you train your dog!“

“I can't say enough about Dr Elliott. I have a French bulldog, he has always struggled breathing. I had his nasal passage opened previously at another place but explained to Dr Elliott that I never noticed a difference. This Dr that performed his surgery was a well known doctor and I paid top notch. Dr Elliott took my boy in as if it was her own. She did the surgery on him without even planning on it. He was going in for a tooth extraction but noticed his struggle to breath. He rarely snores now and no longer fights me to go outside. Seeing him be able to enjoy life means the world to me. She has been such a blessing and I will always be so grateful to have met her. Thank you Dr. Elliott and Needham Hospital for always taking such great care over Par! You are all so amazing“

He is fantastic and has a very gentle manner.Duke is with me all the time at my retail shop and without Bradley's training this would have been a real problem,Also, when I got the Halo collar, Bradley assisted us in setting up all the parameters and trained Duke.I could not recommend him and Off Leash K9 any more.“
