We're very happy with our home of 5 years. Hagood was easy to work with, quick to respond to any issue and very flexible. We especially like the deep window sills, the trim work, 8 foot doors and general quality of the house.

Our experience building our forever home in St. James Plantation with Hagood Homes was OUTSTANDING. From conceptual design to contract, through construction and punch list all phases were handled professionally and delivered on schedule, as promised. The project came in EXACTLY on budget which included several highly customized details.Patrick Wright, Hagood's sales manager, went above and beyond to ensure that every phase of construction was executed as planned and was completed to our satisfaction. First time building a home and I couldn't have picked at better builder than Hagood Homes. The whole team, especially Nora and Hannah, were very helpful guiding me through the process to achieve my dream home. I ended up with a beautiful quality home in a wonderful neighborhood.
