“The Konrady team has done an amazing job for us on our home in Landfall. Starting in October of 2023 and completing in January 2024, their team did an interior update/refresh/renovation of our 2013 home that included: paint refresh throughout, all new hardware, fixtures, countertops, pulling carpet and putting in hardwoods then refinishing, demo to the master bath, new master closet system, new kitchen dry bar and updating of all cabinetry and updating some of the built-in cabinetry to be more current.
Then From August 2024-December 2024, they did a complete front and back yard landscaping project including: Updating our screened in porch, adding a Struxure pergola, outdoor patio with kitchen, pool with various features, putting green, intricate concrete work with turf features around the pool, all new landscaping, fencing, etc. They transformed our already attractive outdoor yard to a vacation paradise.
From start to finish with both projects, they kept us up to date and the communication was excellent. They utilize BuilderTrend which is an online website that you are able to see photos/updates/messaging/timeline/etc. Tanner and Will and the rest of their team are consummate professionals. Everyone is super polite, clean cut, happy to be there and enjoy their occupation. We did not meet a single trade that did not love working with Konrady. That says a lot about the type of people the Konrady's are and how they take care of their employees, trades, team.
If we were ever to build a home from scratch or renovate another home, their would be the first and only one on the list.“

“Southern Leisure built a beautiful 3 season room on our deck. The workmanship of their builders insured the room was exactly what we were hoping for. While the final product is perfect, scheduling and time estimates need to taken as a tad optimistic. After a long and tedious search for enclosing our screened in porch and going to a Home Improvement show, we went with Living Space installed by Ingram Brothers.

The way this product was designed, was far superior than any other company we researched. After signing the contract with Ed, we were introduced to their master builder Baron and his crew. They explained every step and how long it would take before our beautiful custom sunroom, windows and framing would be ready. The experience we had from beginning to end was seamless and exceeded our expectations.

It has been two months since the project was finished. We could not be happier. Every window (24) has been operating seamlessly and with the install of our mini split, it has added another room to our condo.

Let’s talk about the quality of these windows and framing:
They are double-paned, argon filled, and tinted, making them more energy efficient designed to help reduce heat transfer and glare, which provides better insulation and UV protection. Energy efficient is key. I have (8) windows facing south and (16) windows facing west, these windows hold true to their quality. And in my view they are far better than the Anderson windows I had in my last home.
The framing is a seamless all vinyl finish with no visible hardware, creating a clean, modern appearance. Integrated throughout the framing is a hollow fiberglass beam that allows electrical wiring to be run internally, making it easy to install outlets wherever they’re needed. The structural design is engineered to withstand winds of up to 150 mph, providing exceptional hurricane resistance.

I highly recommend Ingram Brothers, Inc if you are considering a sunroom. They are one of the most professional companies I have ever worked with.
