Our screened in porch turned out great and we highly recommend Southern Leisure Builders. We interviewed others but after meeting with Cory G, were able to put together a deal we were happy with. The company assisted and provided the documents for our HOA approval, which was greatly appreciated.
Once the work began, all moved steadily, and along with required inspections, the structure and electrical work was done without a hitch. The workman were all very professional and did a fine job.

Other than the door closer unit braking loose from the wall, we have no problems even after five years. Repair cost around $30 for parts and took about 30 minutes to repair. Workmanship was excellent, taking less than 6 hours for installation. It still looks new. We are pleased with the resulting screened patio. It gives us an outstanding bug free area to relax in.
