Samantha was wonderful to work with. She came to the house to measure and discuss what we wanted to do, guided us through the selection process, and the finished product was flawless. All the work was done when we weren’t home. They moved furniture, rugs, etc. Very satisfied.

The CSM Team (Sam) was easy to work with and responsive when we had questions. The install teams for both the wood and the carpet did a great job! They communicated well, restored the home to pre-work condition and were kind and respectful. Great experience overall!
