Although Carpet One's pricing was higher than the other bids, we truly sensed that Phil Thomas personally represented the company well. We also believed that his character was genuine and above reproach. His willingness to listen/understand our ongoing flooring issues in our newly built 3 year old dream home is what made our decision to go with Carpet One. He assured us that the installer he recommended, James Quittschreiber, was skilled in repairing and tackling difficult flooring issues onsite. You cannot go wrong by hiring Carpet One if you desire to have a quality floor and install!

We had another good experience with Carpet One in Wilmington. Customer service with Phil was top-rated. He returns phone in a timely fashion which can be rare today. He strives to appease the customer. The works were also very good - the 2-person came in and got straight to business. They even did a little extra for us. We had previous good experience with Carpet One in another city. We choose them over lower bids for the job. Highly recommend.

If I could, I would give a 10 star rating to Rob McGee and his team at Carpet One on Oleander (right near the batting cages)!! I have lived in Wilmington for many years, and there has been a lot of growth and flooring stores opening up here and there, but Carpet One is the place to go. You will not find a more sincere and pleasant (all the time) staff and installation group. Not to mention the obvious of expertise in helping me to select the right product, but also clearly communicating product availability, timing, inclusions, exclusions, and then sticking with the promised timing and install!
