Lou did an excellent job on my carpets. He was very professional and accommodating. Even after getting into a car accident, he made sure to contact me and re-schedule at my convenience. Very responsive and easy to work with. I highly recommend!

Lou was on time and was very professional. Cleaned area rugs and some furniture. Offered to return is everything was not satisfactory after drying. Can't ask for better than that.

Called on Tuesday afternoon to see if they could clean some furniture on Thursday. We were moving and wanted to have it cleaned before moving it to the new house. Lou was able to accommodate the short notice. He arrived as scheduled and cleaned the upholstery (sofa, loveseat and chair). Looked great and very reasonably priced. He also told us that if, when it dried, we saw spots that needed touched up - he'd come out to the new place and take care of it. That's great service! Highly recommend!
