Bass Built Custom Homes and Renovations
“We recently had the pleasure of working with Bass Built Homes (aka Bass Homes) to build our custom beach house. From the initial consultation to the final touches, the experience exceeded our expectations. The ups and downs of the construction process during a difficult economic environment were handled with professionalism, expertise, and a commitment to excellence.Design and Planning: Bass Homes demonstrated a keen understanding of coastal building techniques and worked closely with us, our architect, and our engineer to bring our vision to life. The planning phase was meticulous, addressing every detail to create a functional and aesthetically pleasing forever home.Construction Quality: The craftsmanship displayed by Bass Homes is exceptional. The construction team was skilled, dedicated, and consistently delivered high-quality work. Attention to detail is evident in every corner of the house. The use of premium materials and commitment to exceed industry standards contribute to the overall durability and longevity of the coastal structure.Communication and Collaboration: Clear and open communication is a hallmark of how Bryant Bass – Owner, and Ashley Wright – Director of Operations, run Bass Homes. Throughout the project, they maintained transparent communication, keeping us informed about progress, timelines, and any potential adjustments. Concerns and questions were promptly addressed, which fostered a positive and collaborative working relationship.Project Management: The project management team at Bass Homes demonstrated efficiency and organization. Timelines were adhered to, and the project was completed within the agreed-upon schedule during one of the most difficult times for sourcing building materials. Their ability to navigate potential challenges without compromising on quality reflects their commitment to client satisfaction.Post-Construction Support: Even after the completion of the project, Bass Homes has continued to provide exceptional support. Due to the efforts of Jacob Todd – Construction Superintendent, loose ends were kept to a minimum. Jacob has diligently followed up on punch list items and worked to see them through completion. When Bryant Bass promised his company would be there for us after move in, he meant it. They have been responsive to post-construction inquiries and have promptly addressed any minor adjustments or concerns.
