Thank goodness it is still under warranty … I was referred to two places when I called the warranty phone number …
The first company could come right away so I went with them …
After he left the situation got worse …. The fan stopped working, ect …they came back a second time & once more he quickly came & went .. & said that there would be ice within 24 hours … no ice & it still could not keep temperature.
I called the warranty department again and scheduled with Cape the appliances. I am glad that I did.

The freezer stopped holding temperature during hot days. Food would partially thaw overnight. Appliance repair replaced a failing fan motor and tested the airflow. Everything stays frozen solid now.
Top notch service from John the owner! I had to process a warranty claim on my new LG dishwasher. Let's just say LG took forever and did not want to issue a warranty service call. From the moment Cape Fear Appliance got a hold of my claim they contacted me multiple times keeping me informed when John would be on site. John immediately identified the issue, contacted LG to see if there was a fix and resolved my problem within a matter of minutes. Next time I will not be going through the major box stores for appliances but solely through Cape Fear Appliance.
