Excellent. Staff at Carmel Commons listen to you and work with you to heal. They explain exercises and work with you to help you do exercises at home in between PT at their facility. Cleanliness is important to the staff. Friendly and caring.
Highly recommend this physcial therapy location. The therapists are super friendly and knowledgeable. They take time to answer all questions and provide paper handouts for the exercises and scheduling. My mom is 71 and has dementia, and everyone at benchmark has been super accommodating with the challenges that come when a patient has dementia. Huge special shoutout to Kaylan. She always has a smile on her face and interacts with my mother from the second we walk in the door. Can’t say enough good things about her. I truly appreciate the attention she gives to my mother and I. Ben is great as well and really showcases his expertise in PT.
I cannot say enough good things about the entire staff at Benchmark Physical Therapy. After my ankle ligament repair, I spent many weeks in their care, and every visit reminded me how fortunate I was to be working with such an exceptional team.
