“I want to take a moment to share how much I appreciate every single person I have spoke to and delt with at this office. Every interaction I had with *every* staff member (receptionist, hygienist, assistant, and doctor alike) were all extremely pleasant. I have pretty severe anxiety, especially concerning medical offices, and everyone at JFD did an absolutely phenomenal job of making my visits there as easy going as possible while also addressing all of my concerns no matter how silly.

I had an more unusual dental situation that needed addressing and I feel that JFD got me fixed up quickly, efficiently, and at a very reasonable cost. I really appreciate that they were more than willing to work with me to ensure I got in quickly and make sure my fittings were comfortable and my bite was correct- especially when I alerted them to some sensory issues I was having. The staff was always patient, warm, kind, professional, and I never once felt judged or shamed for my (admittedly) infrequent dental visits, cleanings, and overall care over the years.

Prior to JFD I had had some rather unpleasant dental office experiences that really made me avoid going to a dentist unless I absolutely had to... but I can genuinely say that after getting a cleaning, fillings, and a crown placement here, I wish I had known about JFD sooner. I might have been more inclined to better care for my teeth (as I plan to going forward) if I had known it could be as easy and minimally stressful as they have made it for me.

“Only giving 4 stars right now because I am still very hesitant. Today my boys had an appointment for the first time in a while. Our past experiences here had turned me away. Decided to give them another try and I will say I was very pleased with the difference. The staff was much friendlier and Misty did an amazing job explaining everything to me. She did the leg work to finally get my boys set up for dental surgeries they have been needing. Chase was also very friendly and gave me more control over how to go about my older son’s treatment. I’m still weary because I would hate to see them start going back to how it used to be.“
