“I called at 6:30 pm leaving a message asking for a return call as our AC decided to stop working in the 90 degree weather. I expected to probably not hear back until the next day. Not only did I hear back but Harley came out at 830pm and fixed the unit!! Williams HVAC will be on my favorites list!! Highly recommend!!”
“Chet at Quality Counts Mechanical Service did an outstanding job getting our air conditioning back up and running during one of the hottest stretches of the North Carolina summer.
He responded quickly, came out first thing to diagnose the problem, immediately ordered the necessary part, and returned as soon as it arrived to complete the repair. Our system wasn’t an easy fix either. He had to crawl under the house multiple times and even repaired the new motor in the garage while it was pouring rain.
What impressed me most was his dedication. He was determined not to leave us without air conditioning any longer than necessary. It’s clear he genuinely cares about his customers and takes pride in doing the job right.
Chet is knowledgeable, hardworking, honest, and committed to quality workmanship. If you’re looking for someone who will go the extra mile to solve your HVAC problems, I highly recommend Quality Counts Mechanical Service.”
“It was a pleasure to work with Temperature Control Services in the purchase and install of my LG Mini-Split. From start to finish I am very satisfied with their sales and office staff and their installers. Their installers were on time and very thorough - taking the time required to insure a proper and professional install. They answered all my questions with answers. I highly recommend them for any HVAC needs.”
