Phillip did a great job with our inspection. Spent way more time than I thought he would, which is a GOOD thing when it comes to home inspection. I tagged along most of the time, and he was happy to explain each and every thing he was checking. He looked at everything from the top of the roof to the bottom of the crawl space, taking plenty of pictures and documenting everything in writing.I feel confident recommending him to anyone looking for a thorough home inspection, and I am pretty sure I would not have gotten this level of service from a larger company.
I can’t say enough wonderful things about the quality of work and attention to detail Michael and his team provided while repairing my HVAC unit. On 11/29—right before Thanksgiving—a major power surge in Creedmoor caused significant damage to my system, leaving my home without proper heat for six days.
Michael came out on a Saturday to diagnose the issue and assured me it would be resolved by Monday. He kept his word. Not only did he restore the system as promised, but he also returned afterward to double-check that everything was installed correctly and running smoothly.
Michael and his team were professional, patient, and honest throughout the entire process. I will absolutely be using them for all HVAC needs moving forward.
