“Years ago they replaced my old heat pump with a higher efficiency unit. It gave good service until yesterday, when it stopped working in 95 degree weather. I called them for service, and was told the next available technician would call me back. He called within 45 minutes, and was there less than an hour and 15 minutes from my first call. He had the problem diagnosed correctly in five minutes and back working in 15 minutes. I appreciate efficiency and good service. Keever goes way beyond that, and the price was also very reasonable. I would not think of calling anyone else.
Update: heat pump quit after nearby lightning strike. Called for service and had a technician on the job within an hour. Problem was a burned out transformer. He replaced it and serviced inside and out and had me cooling again in about an hour. Excellent service and reasonable charges. Nice people, too.“
