“Contacted Carolina Comfort Heating with a heat pump problem. Came out in 24 hours to assess my problem. Jesse the office staff person was great and sent a text to confirm. On the day of scheduled service the technician texted and called me to inform me of his approximate arrival and included his name and his picture. Diagnosed the problem within minutes, repaired it and then checked to ensure the system was working before leaving. The technician was polite, informative and knowledgeable.
