Mimi’s cleaning service is a 12/10!!! The ladies really went above and beyond. As a new mom this was truly a blessing during postpartum. We did a deep clean for our initial clean and they did it all. From base boards to light fixtures and everything in between. Also, we done in 2 1/2 hours which still blows my mind and my house is spotless. Truly a great team of ladies. They deserve all the praise and if you are looking for a cleaning service… look no further you will be throughly impressed. Thanks again and see you soon.
Hollar Brothers cut 2 big trees down in a confined area for us. They did a great job and cleaned up everything before they left.

My dog who is afraid of all other dogs always looked forward to being groomed by Angela. My dog would pull to get into the door. There is a nice calm vibe, and Angela is such a sweet soul and EXCELLENT Dog Groomer. Their price is really good too. I highly recommend. 🐾😊

I had a problem with a previously installed gutter guard. Max came out immediately and checked it. It was an unusual gutter on a sunroof and usual installation wouldn't work. Stayed here for a few days. First off, it’s a lodge, it’s not like your standard hotel. But if you know that going into it, it’s a great little spot. The beds were comfy and the water pressure is great. Well lit and there’s WiFi. There’s a small fridge with a tiny freezer in the room and a 1000 watt microwave. Nice big Roku TVs and a great service when we asked for things like towels. The rooms were really clean, a bit rustic but that goes with the whole lodge theme.
Thankful for Jordan who took time and patience with my great nephew Oakley.. when you have a 2 year old you have to have patience.. Jordan was extremely good with Oakley.. thank you!!!

The Mooresville Pondscapers store is beautiful! They have everything you need in supplies to run and maintain a pond in addition to caring for fish. But we were disappointed, after driving an hour and a half to get there from Boone, with the small amount of marginal plants they offer. The plants were the reason for our visit. We were not able to get all the plants we needed, the choices were minimal along with the quantity of what they did have. We should have driven to the Greensboro store. But the guy running the store was so kind, knowledgeable and helpful!

Forty years ago we purchased a sofa made by Friendship Furniture. We loved it and it has served us well all these years. It was finally time for some new furniture. The attention to detail is incredible. Our biggest issue with previous cleaners is missing dog hair since we have 2 shedding dogs. Hickory Maids has been the first to leave our place spotless and they do it every single time.

Years ago they replaced my old heat pump with a higher efficiency unit. It gave good service until yesterday, when it stopped working in 95 degree weather. I called them for service, and was told the next available technician would call me back. He called within 45 minutes, and was there less than an hour and 15 minutes from my first call. He had the problem diagnosed correctly in five minutes and back working in 15 minutes. I appreciate efficiency and good service. Keever goes way beyond that, and the price was also very reasonable. I would not think of calling anyone else.
Update: heat pump quit after nearby lightning strike. Called for service and had a technician on the job within an hour. Problem was a burned out transformer. He replaced it and serviced inside and out and had me cooling again in about an hour. Excellent service and reasonable charges. Nice people, too.

Very knowledgeable about septic systems helped me understand what I had. Very professional. Will definitely use them again.
Other than the fact I was promised this place was a no-kill shelter and then and then proceeded to tell me as me and my daughter had just given them the last kitten of the litter I was completely irate and ugly girl crying long story short I ended up going back I'm picking up one of the kittens and having to pay $75 to get back an animal that was already mine and after being lied to
