They went the extra mile to upgrade our shingles to the Timberline UHDZ we requested, which hold a great warranty. They still were very competitive with the other quotes we received, even with the upgrade. Laney, the office manager, was wonderful to work with, always available. It was so nice to speak with an actual person who cared about you instead of a machine where you never know when you will hear back. The work was high quality. They cared about our family and ensured we were happy with the final product. They left our property looking neat and clean. Work was completed in one day! Before they left, they made sure all our questions were answered and that we were satisfied with their work. Additionally, they ensured us that if we had any issues going forward, just to let them know and they would handle it. We live in Hickory and needed two large poplar trees removed from our front yard. They were leaning towards our house and also close to the power lines. We got a quote from them it was very reasonable. They showed up promptly with a full crew and took them down with no problems at all. We also did stump grinding and new top soil and seeding and straw on top of that. Quality work! Thanks ?

I have a golden doodle and a lab mix that I have always taken to the big pet stores for grooming. When I moved to hickory a year ago I had no luck getting an appointment anywhere. I ended up trying to give my dogs haircuts and baths myself until I found A-1. I called in January and they got me an appointment for the following week. Since then, my dogs have seen Star monthly. She takes such good care of my babies and I couldn't be happier. I can't recommend her enough!!

The Mooresville Pondscapers store is beautiful! They have everything you need in supplies to run and maintain a pond in addition to caring for fish. But we were disappointed, after driving an hour and a half to get there from Boone, with the small amount of marginal plants they offer. The plants were the reason for our visit. We were not able to get all the plants we needed, the choices were minimal along with the quantity of what they did have. We should have driven to the Greensboro store. But the guy running the store was so kind, knowledgeable and helpful!

We decided to try their restaurant for lunch. It was excellent and we will return. The food was really tasty and the service was exceptional. The only negative was the water was served in styrofoam cups. Plastic would be better. I understand they have live music on Saturdays.

Fantastic agency, They have been so helpful with my mom. Mollie is very proactive and cares about her patients. When she says she is going to do something she does it. for example, my mom needed more oxygen tanks and she had them the next day, my mom needed a medicine and it was called in that day and I picked it up the next day. She is making this transition for the family much better
This company is awesome!!! My daughter called them at 10pm because we had a septic emergency. They were at the house right at 8am the next morning.They were very kind and respectful also. They fixed the issue and were done in 30mins. I highly recommend them.
