Bobby Williams did an excellent job diagnosing my HVAC issue. He was polite, knowledgeable, and explained everything in an easy to understand fashion. As it turns out I need to have a new HVAC system installed. Bobby walked me through my purchase options, explaining each option as to what performance I could expect from each. I was very pleased with his service. I would recommend Ace and Bobby to my friends.
Shannon came to our house on a holiday to fix our AC. She was very professional and took care of our problem quickly and efficiently. We were very appreciative of a job well done!
Even though Ace Hardware Home Services was Canella Heat and Air I see no difference at this time. They are still the best in the Hickory area, as far as I am concerned. My service person, Bobby, is the BEST. He always is pleasant and through. I trust him throughly to do the best job, and he does.
