Today I attended Angies Restorative Yoga class at the Statesville location and I am without words. She did a beautiful job of reading the room and providing the instructions we needed at just the right times. She and her assistant were so nurturing in the way they provided props to build a supportive space. Becca, her assistant, provided the best hands on adjustments I’ve ever had. I had so much fun at the belly dancing workshop. It was a wonderful workout! The studio is beautiful with such a relaxing atmosphere. A most excellent place to get centered. I wish I was close enough to get there more often.
Was so excited to see something new come to Taylorsville. I truly enjoyed my very first yoga class. Never once did I feel out of place or like I didn’t know what I was doing. I can’t wait to come back and do it again.
