Bob and his guys installed our fireplace insert at a very fair and reasonable price. This past winter we stayed very warm and enjoyed the glow of the new fireplace. Definitely worth checking in with him for a quote. Very nice work.
Our fireplace installation at our 1907 house in Black Mountain was challenging (at best)! While it took longer than expected, Bob Orr and his helper Mark were so responsive. They actually had to chip out rock, mortar, and brick to get our vented propane fireplace insert installed. Bob took an extra generous step of coming to our house at about 6:30 to light it after we lost power. We couldn't figure out how to light it with the power out, and our house was down to 53 degrees. He is a very kind and generous man. Once we get the fireplace surround, hearth, and mantel done, I will post a photo!
So I wanted to get a small stove for my workshop. Got a couple quotes and Bob's was about 40% lower. Had to admit was a bit leery from reading the reviews but he seemed honest and upfront. Also very knowledgeable. They did the install, extremely professional, was amused as they are touching up the paint when its a shop stove. Waited till after a good rain to ensure no leaks. Everything is great. Strong work Black Mountain Stove
