Avery Heating and Air had done work for the home I purchased. I was not sure if I would stick with them or not, however, they have been so helpful with everything I have needed. They have always shown up when I needed them. Regan is fantastic to work with and Marty the manager also always goes above and beyond!

Top notch customer attention from day one. Quick response to inquiries. My sales consultant responded to emails after hours and on weekends and also got the information I needed to work with my insurance. In fact, everyone I had contact with was extremely helpful and friendly. They were stretched on staffing and brought in installers from their other location to get me taken care of at an earlier date that scheduled. Cannot ask for much more than that.

We had a major problem which was found by one employee and when the part came was installed by two others. All of them as well as the lady in the office are top rate. They explained things, kept us updated on when the replacement part would come. explained what would be smart given the age of the unit etc. 5 stars
