“Dr. Kelly Lipp and her team were amazing with our kids! Our son had major PTSD from a previous tongue tie and tonsil surgery and post tongue stretch exercises, and he was beyond terrified at the thought of visiting the dentist office again. But Dr. Lipp was a game changer for him. She and her staff were beyond patient with him and didn’t rush us at all. They made it a fun experience, personalized it for him with his interests (ex counting teeth as super heroes), and let him explore and get comfortable before beginning the exam. They were very accommodating and patient with him and went above and beyond to make sure the experience was positive and a turning point in overcoming his fear. What started with crocodile tears and major fear before arriving actually changed to him leaving smiling from ear to ear with his new “superhero” teeth. He now says he loves going to the dentist! Thanks again Dr. Lipp and staff! You all are the cream of the crop and we’re so glad we found you all!“

“Where do I begin? I have been going to Devaney Dentistry at Brassfield for several years and have always been impressed by Dr. Vines, Tina and the entire staff. They have always been very welcoming and incredibly professional. When you walk into the office they always call you by name and make you feel right at home. Yesterday, however they took it to a whole different level. After a routine tooth extraction that went very well, I started having issues with clotting late that evening. I called Dr. Vines on his emergency line, he immediately responded and decided that I needed immediate assistance. He asked me to meet him at the office and proceeded to explain what caused the bleeding, made me feel at ease and proceeded to rectify the issue. Needless to say, Dr. Vines is my new Superhero. The following morning before I could call to let him know I was ok and to thank him again, I got a call from the office to check on my condition ... how good is that? I could go on, but I'm sure anyone could see that the staff goes above and beyond what is typically the norm. A big "Thank You" to the staff at Devaney Dentistry at Brassfield and to my new Superhero, Dr. Vines. FIVE STARS !“

“I highly recommend Dr. Phelps and crew if you’re looking for the best dentistry in the triad area. My front teeth haven’t looked this good ever that I remember. She said I would feel a little sting with the numbing stuff, honestly never felt it at all, and the numbing stuff worked great, I would post before and after pics but I don’t have the before to share, but 3 fillings in the front at the gum line and it looks amazing, very thorough staff, quick, efficient and made me feel at home. “As soon as he saw me.He seemed to really want to pull my tooth that was abcessed,and should have been on an antibiotic for several days first.I know he had at least 2 patients before me who were having theirs pulled,and the wating room was fullHe told me tooth extractions were like $300 something.He was the only staff member working that I saw.It was on a Sunday too..Reguardless if he was trying to pay the bills by doing a bunch of extractions.I am still glad he was open after hours on a Sunday,bc tooth aches are nothing to play with.I got an antibiotic,and a something for pain too in which I am very grateful...He was kind just seemed to really want to pull my tooth .I would probablly go back to him on a weekend.“
