“It was just by luck that I found Bella Dental. For more than 20 years, I was a patient at Dr. Clark's in Winston Salem. Since I moved to Greensboro, I have been through a few dentists with whom I just did not sync. They were either too focused on convincing me to do complicated stuff in my mouth, or too rough or even told me there was no way to clean my sensitive teeth without hurting me with cold water and metal tools. From the first friendly phone call to the cleaning and a bridge replacement, I have found the dental procedures to be extremely gentle, the work to a high level of precision and the doctor and assistants perceptive to my pain. “I'll be honest, I was worried going in because of some of the negative reviews online, and I'm really glad I didn't let that stop me.

I had extensive work done today (multiple fillings including one very deep cavity) and everyone from the front desk to the hygienist to Dr. Vo himself was genuinely kind and professional throughout. What really stood out was how much time and care Dr. Vo put into my treatment. He was thorough and knowledgeable, walking me through my X-rays without me even having to ask, clearly explaining everything as he went, and outlining exactly what the next steps would be. It was obvious he was genuinely invested in doing a good job. No pressure, no surprises.

The team was equally on top of it. They proactively explained what my insurance would cover, what would need prior approval, and what referrals I'd need going forward. I never felt rushed or like just another appointment on the schedule. I felt like I was actually being taken care of unlike a lot of dentists I've been to.

I went in skeptical and left genuinely impressed. Already looking forward to coming back, which honestly says it all. Five stars.“
