I'm not quite sure how to give a proper rating yet. I've only had an initial consult & x-rays in one day. Then I had to have two small cavities filled. I haven't had cavities in years. Then I had to come back for mapping the gaps between my teeth and gums and I was supposed to get my teeth cleaned. That didn't happen after I was diagnosed with stage 3-4 periodontal disease. That's going to cost over $1000 that I have to pay up front with insurance. Then I have to come back every 3-4 months and pay $130+ for periodontal maintenance. The staff at Aspen Dental are professional in every way. From the moment I entered the door they were very thorough, patient and organized. The nurses and Dentist Koh made me feel that they care about my dental care as much as I care. Their concern is evident in their work performance. I have never experienced such a pleasant visit in a dental office until I went to Aspen Dental. When my visit was over I was extremely happy with the service. Aspen dental was a very positive and informative experience! I had Celia who was patient and polite, I hadn’t been to the dentist in several months and she was totally understanding and wanted to help. DR. Koh was also very polite and helpful, my time with her was short but informative.
