“I had the very best experience at Carolina Eye with Dr. Stacy Trego and her assistant Ivy. I had been with my previous provider for 4 years and after a terrible experience and had to change providers. This facility is five star! The doctor was warm, welcoming and very caring as was her assistant. The exam was super thorough and it was very easy to talk to both the doctor and her assistant. Liz was truly amazing—so warm, patient, and welcoming from the very start. She went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable, explained everything clearly, and genuinely made the visit enjoyable. She is incredibly personable and such a joy to be around. Dr. Lynch was also very thorough, made sure I felt heard, and explained everything in great detail. The wait time was pretty much nonexistent, and everyone—from check-in to check-out—was incredibly kind and helpful, especially when explaining what my insurance would and wouldn’t cover.
