I was able to get worked in after a trip to the ER for double vision in 2 days. The staff was professional and caring. Dr.Harris was personable, empathetic, and took his time to diagnose my condition. He showed a high level of skill and knowledge, as my problem was subtle and could have easily been missed. They have an organizational system that works great for the patient and, I'm sure it works for them too. They all were very knowledgeable, very kind, very efficient. I seemed to miscommunicate crucial info to the second surgery's anesthesiologist that, whatever the other one gave me, during the first surgery, worked perfectly. The first one I had was comforting and put me in secure gentle lala land. It all all turned out wonderful, as Dr. Wise spoke up and said I was requesting more anesthesia. Then I was fine. Absolutely, I'll be staying with them and would recommend them to everyone.
All staff welcoming and professional. I don’t know if there was an acceptable answer as to why I was in two different waiting rooms for about 30 minutes each then into the exam room for another 15-20 minutes before the Dr came in. I was very pleased with him and like I stated the entire staff. I am 3 days post visit and what he diagnosed and told me to do appears to be working. Bottom line for me is outside of the long waiting time I am pleased with the results so far and I guess that is what counts.
