I gave them 1 Star not because the work they did wasn't good. They did a good job. But they overcharged me. From the other comments I read here, it seems that they overcharge their customers quite frequently. This is not good business practice. I will be finding a new plumber for any other plumbing services I need going forward. I cannot afford to pay double what a job is really worth! Replacing 1 Kitchen faucet that I purchased for the job should not cost $450 in Labor charges. It didn't even take that long to install - maybe 30 minutes. Just ridiculous!!

Not to be dramatic, but this was the absolute worst experience I've ever had with a contractor. Made our leak worse and subsequently fumbled the billing and customer service process. They do not provide premium quality service for the premium prices they charge.Services: Plumbing leak detection

Called to schedule an appointment for a new bathtub install on Monday. I spoke with a very nice woman who was able to schedule me for an estimate the next day (Tuesday). I received an email confirmation for the appointment. Tuesday came and went. Nobody showed up and nobody called. I wasted my time sitting at home waiting for them. I would never give business to a company who does that to people. I'll find another plumber.
