Jonathan Is the owner of Ritchie Plumbing and he is the one that shows up to do the job. We converted our indoor hot water heater into an exterior tankless water heater. He was very knowledgeable as we discussed the details and he did an amazing job. I would highly recommend Ritchie Plumbing for any of your plumbing needs.
John was so great to work with the whole way through. Responded to my texts and calls in timely manner. Was patient with me while I asked a lot of questions. Showed up and did the work in a timely manner. They were great!
John does excellent work, replaced plumbing, toilet and vanity for a bathroom remodel. Recently called him out to replace a cracked gas control thermostat valve that somehow got cracked. John took the initiative to call and order the part for me and promptly returned for the install. I am always very satisfied with his knowledge and professionalism.
