I have approximately 15 windows, for the first phase I replaced five windows and one exterior and interior door. It took approximately 4 months from contract to installation (there were a lot of rainy days), their corporate office kept me in the loop every step of the way. When installation day arrive it was worth the wait! A gentleman named Jimmy showed up with his crew on a Monday morning and by Friday the job was complete. His crew showed up everyday on time, punched in, went to work non-stop in North Carolina heat until it was time to punch out. They meticulously set in the morning, then CLEANED up and took down their work areas inside and outdoors. At the end Schlage locks were provided for the doors and Jimmy added a peep hole and knocker on a door they didn't even replace. They also hung my original blinds back up which was a huge relief for me. The windows looked magnificent! The doors are heavy making me feel that much more secure in my home. I am so pleased that I selected Pella to install my windows, the professionalism, craftsmanship, and high level service are second to none.“
