I had purchased some massages for my wife from this location after she found it to be her favorite spot in the Pines area. In return, she got me a 90 min massage for my birthday and let me tell you, it. Was. GREAT. Beth was very attentive and was able to read exactly how much to converse and when to let us both focus on the relaxation in silence. I had a lot of fatigue and her sports massage has me feeling ready to get back at it this week.
We will absolutely be returning to check out some of their other offerings like the isolation float and cryotherapy.

My husband and I have been going to Art of Motion Pilates & Barre Studio for over a year. Katherine is an excellent instructor. She carefully explains how to do the exercises. The groups are small and you always feel like you are getting her full attention. Our fitness and postures are so much improved and we've learned so much about body biomechanics. There are quite a few pilates/barre instructors in the area, and we totally recommend to everyone to set up an appointment with Katherine before you make a final decision as to which studio to choose!

Red owned the gas station on the corner of Morganton Rd. and Broad St, a gathering spot, spotless reputation, and first choice of locals for many years. That spot is now Red's Corner with food trucks, etc. His daughters operate Salon Couture. I hesitate to recommend Andi, because she's my pedicurist and she's already very busy. She's the very best!!

Kayla is AMAZING at what she does. I live and work in Fayetteville where there’s a salon on every corner, but I drive an hour to SouthernPines to have her do my hair. I first went to Kayla after a terrible experience at another salon that I had visited. I scheduled a color correction with Kayla. And boy did she work her magic. She not only fixed my hair but she gave me the results that I had originally wanted. I was completely blow away by her skill. That was a few years back. But to this day I have never left her chair unhappy. Her prices are extremely reasonable and the Scheduling flexibility she’s provides for me and my crazy work schedule is priceless. Adam did an incredible job with our son’s cut. Our son is 3 and Adam was so patient and talked him through the whole process. We also showed up probably 20 minutes before closing and were welcomed with smiles and open arms. Very accommodating and the cut looks fantastic! Our son also has a difficult double crown and Adam took the time to cut it just right so it laid down for him. Would give 10 stars if we could. So pleased!

Heather did my wedding hair and I cannot thank her enough! We ended up doing 2 trials because my hair has a mind of its own and she was so patient and committed to making sure it was they was I wanted it. Come wedding day, it looked absolutely perfect, she worked her magic!! She also did a few of my partys hair and everyones hair was so beautiful! She is so kind and fun to work with, she was also the FIRST person to get to the venue which is just such a relief to see during all the stress of the day. Called for a last minute/same day blow out appointment and got in with Wendy (yes we share the same name!). Being young, fresh out of cosmetology school and a Junior stylist, she is learning her craft and building her confidence which I can genuinely appreciate as a person who changed careers in my early 40’s. She was personable, sweet and listened to my desired outcome. I walked out with a beautiful blow out that is still holding after 2 days. I will definitely be back.

If you've ever been scared to sit down, and get up because of the pain that comes from it, then you know where I am going. I went in with this pain that would not go away, and left with absolutely no pain. He is very understanding. This was the best decision I have made in a long time.
Great experience using this practice for a pre-purchase exam. The ladies doing the scheduling were very nice and kind. We were traveling to see the horse and they assured us it would be no problem to cancel if we didn't want to move forward after riding the horse. Dr. Tom and the young veterinarian with him were very professional and thorough. I felt we could safely trust their impressions of the horse's health. We made the purchase And did so with a great peace about it. Thanks to the whole team.

Katie is incredibly sweet and does a fantastic job grooming our pups. They’re actually excited to go to the groomer! We recently started coming to Canine Devine after moving, and we’re so grateful to have found her. As an extra special touch, she even took a holiday photo of our dogs and sent them home with a treat bag today. Highly recommend!
I have taken my dog to several groomers and her veterinarian's office for nail trims. Watch My Wag does the best job, and I can usually get an appointment within a day. They are gentle with her, which is important because she’s a rescue who was traumatized and is afraid of strangers. Penny never gets upset when she visits them.
Staff is friendly, professional, knowledgeable and do great work. I’ve taken my dog twice now for a bath and nail grind. He loved it there! I have a Great Pyrenees mix that is extremely shy and skittish, he hates leaving his house. By the end of bath 1 he was leaning into groomer and staff for pets. We went back today and he ran in. Coat looks great and nails cut well (difficult with the Pyr double back dew claws). This is our 4th grooming place in the area we have tried and we will be staying!

I’ve been doing hot yoga for about ten years and I don’t think I’ve ever sweat so much as I did in the class I took the other day. I’m an out of towner who frequents the area and decided to check it out.
There were a few little nuances that may have been personal preference for me and not my preferred environmental things. I thought they the music was way too loud during class (super awesome upbeat playlist though), which made it difficult to hear the instructor, and I couldn’t see the instructor too well because it was pretty much candlelit.
It’s also hot moist air blowing, so if you’re used to a studio with radiant heat, you might be in for a surprise with your ability to breathe.
Appreciated that their intro deal through the MINDBODY app came with a free smoothie, though I had to leave that on my account because the cafe closed before class was over.
Overall pretty good experience and will be back next time I’m in town!
I've had Swedish massages from Kathleen and Taryn. Both were professional, focused, and comfortable. I recommend the hot towels. Kathleen has amazing pressure and a super focused approach that blurs the line between relaxation and therapy. Taryn has a lighter, slower touch, which was low key but still more than firm enough for me and super relaxing. Neither massage felt rushed or perfunctory. They both asked good questions to get to the right places and the most effective strokes. I left both feeling much more grounded and connected to my own body. Would definitely reccomend.

The flow of energy between Carly and myself was absolutely amazing. She is extremely talented, patient, and has a very nurturing energy about her. Super awesome experience! I'd leave 6 stars if I could. I have some pretty severe issues caused by a spinal fusion and most times when I get a massage people are afraid to dig in. Not Bionca, she was in my trouble spots within minutes and stayed in them the whole time. She moved back and forth between them to ensure my comfort throughout the appointment. She was somehow able to get me relaxed enough I actually fell asleep. I left feeling much better and the quality of the whole experience was incredible. If you're looking for someone that will get after those trouble spots and keep working on them till there done check her out. Phenomenal, 11/10, highly recommend!

She is the best massage therapist and I’ve referred my friend to her after a shoulder injury with surgery where physical therapy helped but not enough. She started seeing Debra and she is dramatically better. Her daughter Mary is also equally as good at giving massages. They say the apples doesn’t fall far from the tree.
