“Home-fix is awesome; very professional from salesman to contractor and everything in between. They were quick about making things happen! They ordered the door and was made and installed within a month. Quality is one of the best on the market; it’s much better than renewal by Anderson and they’re more expensive with a lower quality door. HF had no issues when I asked for their contractors license and proof of insurance (which everyone should always do, unless you’re purposefully hiring a non-licensed worker.). Yes the door is more expensive than the top of the line box store door but I won’t have to replace it in 15-20 years or sooner. It’s a door that I’ll never have to worry about again! That alone is worth the extra cost; if I’m honest when I priced everything the Provia brand wasn’t a whole heck of a lot more than the box store products; unless I was looking for a cheap cheap door then it’s not your place; but if you’re looking for something that’ll last and don’t need to ever worry about this is the company. I decided against renewal by Anderson because they were rude to me, often hung up and their doors warp like a box store door if you look at the 10-20 year reviews. I’m not saying I would never go with RBA but they’d never be my first choice ever! Customer service is as equally as important as product.If you’re paying someone to do work for you; it needs to be done right so it’s never worried about again and home-fix is that company; otherwise I’d rather do the work myself.“

If you called and made an appointment to go there you would be told this. I have not yet done business with them but am in process now of getting quotes.“

Travis the sales consultant was on top of everything as well. Everyone was personable, quick, and accurate. They even helped remove rotten framing where they found it. Afterward their cleanup was so complete as to use a vacuum. I’ve had neighbours since have competing companies at their homes and I felt sorry for them. I can’t recommend Pella highly enough.
