Pella Windows & Doors of Southern Pines

After settling into my newly purchased home, I quickly realized that most of the builder grade windows were either very difficult to open or did not open at all which was the case in my children's rooms. I researched two other window companies besides Pella; after meeting with their territory manager Chris Thomas I pretty much knew Pella would get my business, sealing the deal was a matter of cost. He ran numbers for financing with Greensky, for a lower monthly payment I opted to put money down. Had an installation of some Pella sliding patio doors installed. The contractor installed them, but Pella's service tech got them perfect. Best doors bought for the money! The customer service and service technicians take care of there products and their customers.

We haven’t received our windows yet, but the sales process was seamless and streamlined. The sales rep came to our home, showed us samples of the products, and knowledgeably informed us about the various features. He made it super easy and was even able to offer financing if we wanted it. We can’t wait to see the windows installed later this year.
