I have been seeing Nicole for years; she is exceptionally talented as both an esthetician and business owner. Whether it's waxing, facials, or top of the line skin care, I trust her judgement and advice. Don't let her quaint, Southern Pines spa fool you-- her equipment, knowledge, and technique are cutting edge! These days, Nicole also works her magic with my teenage daughter! We adore Nicole and wish we could rate her 10 STARS!

Spa itself was absolutely beautiful, and smelled amazing...Janelle was so wonderful to work with, and she literally saved my face! she recommended products after that would help me and boy did they cure a lot of my issues, almost immediately! This woman knows her stuff! I would go there again in a heartbeat- and plan to the next time I am visiting! Best money I have ever spent on myself.

This is the best place to go for any kind of facial. I look forward to every appointment, not just for the results, but the ultimate relaxation. The treatment rooms are phenomenal!!!- Dim lighting, plush beds with warmers, soft calming music, and facial massage. If it made sense to go everyday I would. I have seen Nicole and Brittany and if you book with either of them I promise they will not disappoint!
