This was my first dental visit in almost 15 years. Needless to say there are many issues to be resolved. They took great care in assessing all the issues and sent me away with a printed plan of every necessary procedure the cost, what my insurance would cover and what my costs would be. They were very friendly and professional.
My husband and I have been patients of Dr.Monroe since 2006 and feel strongly that he provides high quality dental care and his staff are very competent as well. Have referred others to his practice over time with good feedback. Thank you.
Great staff that support me during my visits, including Kelly, Ashley, and of course, Dr. Monroe. They're all wonderful, great customer support across the board, not to mention how talented each of them are. Real professionals!
