I have a very non-social dog that freaks out whenever anyone tries to get near him. The owner got down on the floor, and in just a few minutes had Cooper in her arms and off to get his nails trimmed. Took him back a second time and same thing! I have to recommend these folks!!!

Won't be back. Went to try them out for a special, which is great because not all groomers are created equal so it's nice to not be overly invested. Was told additional 39.99 for an impacted undercoat/deshed, but then I get my dog back within their original time frame. If deshed was needed, it would have taken longer to complete. I don't see a huge reduction in the amount of uncoat taken from her either which means additional 40 was a waste. I'm willing to pay it for proper service.She was dirty yes, and her hind quarters were grizzly from it. She was at a different groomer not long ago.I don't know, thanks for the clean dog. Splash-N-Dash there’s a really good job on my shadow. She comes back looking happy and clean every time I have taken her there. They are nice and friendly there. They greet every customer with a smile.
