Customer service: I booked the install back in August for October because they told me I could get a coupon they were running in August, which was honored. There was a mix up on the day of the install but they fixed the mistake and honored the coupon. Also, there was a mix up on the scheduling time and that also got fixed with ease.

“This is a long overdue review but still much needed. Bill came out to my home to fix a blown out fuse on two separate occassions, after a storm. He didn't try to upsell me unnecessary services (like other electricians in the area) and his charges for his time and services were fair. He also provided education/explanations of the needed work (a rarity in the service industry) and tested each fuse to make sure they were functioning properly. To make full use of his time, he asked if there was anything else I needed and changed a second floor staircase lightbulb that had been out for quite some time which I had no way of changing myself. He has such a kind heart and I would recommend him 1000 times over.“
