Steve upgraded our neighbor's panel first, and after he left I asked our neighbor, who is a former contractor and true craftsman, what he thought of Steve's work. My neighbor replied, “Impeccable”. Steve did a wonderful job on the installation of our panel, too. He also had to run wires from the new panel for an electric stove we were getting and wires for heat pumps. He was faced with some obstacles with this work, but got it done with a minimum of sheetrock removal. Another electrician told us he would have to dig a trench to get the wires installed for the heat pumps, but Steve was able to get the wires installed without the added cost of trenching. Having worked for a contractor for a while, I was more than impressed.
We also had Steve install our heat pumps, and again, he did a beautiful job.
In short, Steve is punctual, neat, very responsive, and truly cares about leaving the homeowner happy and satisfied.
