She made me a blanket that wasn't your normal blanket.. most people wouldn't have attempted to take on a task like this.. not Jacqueline she said bring me the stuff and I'll do it.. she kept in touch with me to let me see the progress as well as the time frame.. I knew it was going to take awhile especially for what I wanted and let's say she didn't disappoint it was awesome more than I could have asked for.. so make sure of your looking for something special or 1 of a kind ask for Jacqueline you won't ne disappointed. They worked a miracle, under a time crunch, to create something that was so beautiful and so perfect- there was no way I was trusting the other retailer's in-house alterations to take care of me. “Staff is nice. The prices weren't posted anywhere & it cost almost $100 to dry clean 7 pieces of clothing, which was an unpleasant surprise to me. The staff said that is fairly standard pricing for that level of cleaning. Most of my items will be going to a bargain cleaner bc the cost is high to me, but no complaints about the actual service - staff was friendly, drop off was easy, there's 24 hr drop off option & my items look great. My only issue is the lack of transparency with pricing & I'm sure they would have told me the rates if I had asked.“
