I first went to them to have a pair of wide leg pants hemmed. I was a little nervous because I didn't want the alteration to change the look or flow of the pants. They did an amazing job. The pants looked exactly the way they were supposed to, just the right length. They exceeded my expectations.

Then, just a few days later, I found myself in a bind. I had another pair of pants altered by a tailor at a different shop. I had spent time there during the fitting, trying everything on while he carefully pinned the pants, so I expected them to turn out well. Unfortunately, the finished result was a complete miss. With a major event coming up and an out of state trip right around the corner, I was stressed.
