Customer service is great. I needed help with my sewing machine and was given advice and not pressured into buying a new one. Will definitely be going back for any further machine servicing needs.

This shop is wonderful. Kim and Earl are two of the most friendly, supportive and welcoming people you could ever meet. I love the low key atmosphere of the shop. Kim is the best sewing instructor I have ever had. They are great with the machines they sell. I just attended the open house for Christmas and it was wonderful. I live to far away to come to sewing days that she holds but if I was closer I would be there most weeks. If I could give them too many stars to count, I would. God bless you and I love you both.
