Nicole has helped me numerous times during drop off and pick up and she’s always friendly and prompt. Always asks what side to put my clothes on in the car and if I have my child with me, she takes a moment to say hi and be friendly. If she notices my child is sleeping in the back seat, she magically knows how to close the car door without making a peep. That may seem silly but it’s the small things that customers remember. Nicole is a great employee and I hope she’s recognized for that!I’ve also had a few issues over the years, and regardless of who I have talked to they’ve always made me feel like they were doing everything to fix the problem and never questioned...read full review

I was coming to St Aug’s homecoming 2023 and I needed my gown cleaned for the Gamma Rho’s 75th Gala the same day. I dropped it off around 8am and picked it up just before 5pm and I was dressed and ready by 6pm. The gown was perfect. I could not have done it without same day service of Tide Cleaners. Thanks for my making my appearance perfectly wonderful.
