Very poor customer service, staff is not helpful or respectful. I called to switch a provider that I dont want to see and they gave me a run around with going back and forth. Not prompt in follow up or helpful of your situation. Wouldnt recommend this.

They don't answer the phone. I left a message, they called back 2 days later. I was in a work meeting so missed the call. I called back 10 min later and waited a long time but no answer. In the meantime they sent a letter to MyChart that they can't reach ME!

Infuriating. I can't reach them. Terrible customer service and Non responsive.

My first appointment was wonderful with Rex Digestive @ North Hills. From the receptionist to the pa , the pa in training and Dr.Susan Hopkins.
They all listened well , I never felt rushed. I went for my X-ray and ultrasound. I received an email regarding the results of X-rays pretty quick . They did not reveal much. It was the the ultrasound I was interested in, because just the weight of the wand was painful. A week goes by so I finally call. Meanwhile, all of my digestive issues are reaching an all time discomfort level.
I check my file ,doesn’t say much that I can decipher about my stomach, nothing about further tests. But the last sentence states:
