After waking at 1 am to our fire alarm, with loss of all power, AC, TV's , flashing lights and burned surge protectors our first call was Raleigh Electric for direction on what to do . Electrician Josh Hatley quickly identified that we had experienced a major power surge and we should contact our power company immediately. After the power company corrected their problem, Josh returned and repaired all outstanding electrical issues.“

“This'll be a slightly odd review, because the folks at Stamper didn't actually do any work at our house. Intrigued? Read on: yesterday half the power went out at our house. Major appliances (including the HVAC!) were non functional bit power was coming through most of the outlets (though lights were flickering on some, and it was clear something was not working correctly). We went through our Home Warranty company and thank goodness we got Stamper. When I got them on the phone, they asked a few diagnosing questions - and highly encouraged me to get in touch with the city utilities, because it sounded like the problem was with one of the lines running from the transformer to our house. Long story short, I mercilessly pinged GUC (sry if they are reading this!) and they sent out a crew. Turns out the issue was exactly as diagnosed. Got power back in, AC back up, baby and animals were all very grateful.

Here's the deal: some other guys probably would haven't said anything and just come out and charged whatever the fee was. Based on that one phone call I pursued the utilities angle and ended up not having to wait forever or pay a dime. To me? That speaks to integrity. Don't know when it'll happen, but if we ever do have electrical issues, I know who I'm going to call first. Finding people you can trust is hard to come by these days - yesterday was tough, but I came out of it both grateful and knowing who I can trust in the future. A++++“

“I was surprised to see some negative reviews for WBE when I set out to write this review. Although some appear dated.

My experience with Wright Brothers was only positive. We had fairly extensive electrical work done to renovate and modernize our older home. WBE did excellent work and each of the electricians that worked on our home were professional and personable. I have nothing negative to say about the company.

In fact, WBE will now be our go-to electricians for any future needs. We couldn't be more happy with their work.“
