“I hired ASR after buying a new home in Raleigh. As part of my home inspection, there were several concerns regarding a sill plate and shims in the crawlspace. I then had an engineer take a look and provided several specific remediation steps. I got quotes from several companies to repair the crawlspace as described by the engineers. Every quote, except for ASR, tried to upsell me or tried to say the engineers didn't go far enough. ARS gave me a great price, did exactly what was described in the engineers report, was flexible to my schedule, and did it the right way with an inspection by Wake County. Overall, I would highly recommend ARS!“

“We bought a house that had been built in the 1980’s that was in desperate need of renovation.
Distinctive Remodeling (DR) was recommended by a firm that had done a major remodel for me but was not available to help on this project. After that recommendation and the other glowing reviews, we decided to team up with DR. In 2-3 months DR did a detailed design with 3d rendering which was very accurate of what the final product turned out to be. They listened to our input and the design was very much a collaborate effort. We didn’t change the outside footprint of the house but took the inside down to the studs. We were very pleased with the entire design team, from the designer to the project manager. Everyone was easy to work with. The house turned out wonderful, easy to live in, and high quality.. Eddie was very friendly, willing to work with the warranty company to ensure I had no payment out of pocket, and was careful not to damage my plants in the yard. “Our HOA hired CTI to address several issues at our property, including gutter cleaning, side cladding, roof repairs, and exterior sealing to prevent water intrusion into our garage. Initially, the experience was frustrating. While the side cladding and roof work were completed, no photos were provided, and there was a miscommunication regarding the exterior sealing. The technician explained that sealant could not be applied to a wet surface and said he would return once the area dried. Unfortunately, this follow-up was not properly communicated to the HOA, which caused delays and understandable concern.

That said, what truly matters is how CTI handled the situation afterward and this is where they went above and beyond.

Once CTI, especially Tom, became aware of the issue, they took full ownership and did not cut corners. Ivan from CTI and his team removed garage drywall from one side to properly trace the source of the leak as far up as possible. This required opening the brick facade itself, and the work was done carefully and methodically. Although we had already passed the heaviest rain of the season by the time repairs were underway, CTI still returned, completed the necessary repairs, and then patched everything back up. The brick and paint were thoughtfully matched, leaving the area looking as good as new.

We are extremely thankful for the effort, time, and care CTI put into resolving this issue. While the process did not start smoothly, their willingness to stand behind their work and restore everything properly made a lasting impression. In the end, CTI demonstrated accountability and professionalism, and for that, we are grateful.“
