Triangle Reconstruction did outstanding work on our home. We had a sinking floor near the fireplace caused by long‑term water damage that had rotted several band boards and joists. Rob Ayscue's crew handled everything with real skill—especially when working under a set of 50‑year‑old French doors. One wrong move could have destroyed them and cost us thousands, but they completed the repair perfectly.
They also upgraded our entire crawlspace, installing a 10‑mil vapor barrier, adding a dehumidifier, replacing insulation, and rebuilding or repairing five piers. The difference is dramatic.

These guys did an amazing job with a crawlspace and dehumidifier install and seal. It has markedly reduced drafts and odor. We had them come back and do an attic radiant barrier installation. It looks amazing and should help us keep our upstairs old girl HVAC living for a few more years. Robert came to my house to inspect some cracking in our foundation and garage floor. He concluded that there was not a serious problem and recommended that no action was needed. I appreciate his willingness to be honest and not try to sell me anything I didn't need. I would recommend him to anyone having issues or concerns about their house foundation and crawlspace.
