Apal did an amazing job for us. Art explained the process thoroughly and remained available throughout. The workers were punctual and professional throughout the job. And there are no words for how essential Carmen was to us. She dealt with every step of the insurance and financing processes, even prompting them to raise the amount of their coverage.
