“The staff seems to be very caring about animals which was greatly appreciative. I had two cats that are sisters that are brought in together, one was extremely stressed out. However, the staff was kind and understood her stress and my anxiety. The prices were very competitive.”
“My experience at VEG was excellent given it was one of the hardest days of my life. The staff was incense and knowledgeable. I was kept informed the entire time and never made to feel like I was a bother at any stage. I had to make the hard decision to let my baby go and the VEG staff was so supportive and kept us both as comfortable as possible and gave me the time I needed without ever once making me feel rushed. I highly recommend them if you’re in the unfortunate need of an ER for your fur baby.”
“We had a great experience bringing our 10 yr old cat to this location. The room had chirping bird sounds and they sprayed Feliway on a towel and draped it over the crate to calm our cat before being assessed. Dr. Breton Anderson and Mckenzie were wonderful in communicating and caring for our pet, and were able to do everything right there in the room - which I was thankful for. Some clinics whisk your pet away to a different area and you don't get to see what's going on. I hope Dr. Anderson and Mckenzie see this review because we are truly grateful and appreciate their service.”
